Felicity Floo Visits the Zoo

Five years ago my wife Emily left her job as a VP, ACD at a big Boston ad agency to stay home with our kids, and pursue her dream career as a children's book author and illustrator. She was able to break into the highly competitive industry with the help of a few nice people, a little good fortune, and a ton of talent.

Her first book "Felicity Floo Visits the Zoo" was released last week by Candlewick Press :

The book was inspired by Sendak, Silverstein and Seuss. I am a bit biased, so I'll let the work speak for itself.

Congrats to Emily who has worked very, very hard on this major accomplishment. The book is awesome, imaginative, and beautiful, just like she is.

Please check it out, and tell everyone you know. (Seriously, please spread the word).

Let the wild rumpus start!
